Please read these terms carefully before using ADVIKK.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ADVIKK recruitment portal (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to seek employment in India to apply for any vacancy listed on the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

  • You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information in every application.
  • Submitting forged documents, false declarations or impersonating another person is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and possible legal action.
  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, the database, or admin systems.

3. Application Fees

Certain vacancies may carry a non-refundable application processing fee. The applicable fee, if any, is displayed clearly on the vacancy page before you submit your application. Payments are processed through Razorpay; ADVIKK does not store your card or bank credentials.

4. Recruitment Decisions

All shortlisting, examination and selection decisions are at the sole discretion of ADVIKK and the partner department/recruiter. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection, interview or employment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos and design elements on the Platform are the property of ADVIKK and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

ADVIKK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the application fee paid by you, if any.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of ADVIKK.
