Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund terms for application fees paid on ADVIKK.

1. Nature of the Fee

Application processing fees paid on the ADVIKK portal cover the cost of evaluating, verifying and processing your application. These fees are non-refundable once an application has been successfully submitted, irrespective of the outcome of the selection process.

2. When Refunds Are Issued

Refunds will be initiated only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment: if you are charged more than once for the same application due to a technical error.
  • Failed application: if the payment was deducted from your account but the application did not record successfully on our system.
  • Vacancy cancelled: if the recruitment for which you applied is cancelled or withdrawn by ADVIKK before the examination/selection process begins.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email getconnect@advikk.com within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

  • Application Reference ID
  • Razorpay Payment ID / Order ID
  • Date and amount of the transaction
  • Reason for the refund request

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days from the date of approval. The actual credit may take an additional 2–5 working days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellation of Application

Candidates may withdraw an application at any time before the closing date through the Platform. However, the application fee, once paid, is non-refundable except in the cases listed above.

6. Chargebacks

If you raise a dispute or chargeback through your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to disqualify the application and contest the chargeback with proof of service delivery.
