How ADVIKK delivers its services to applicants.

1. Nature of Service

ADVIKK is a digital recruitment portal. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. The "service" delivered against an application fee is the electronic processing of your job application.

2. Service Delivery

  • Upon successful payment, your application is recorded instantly on our system and a unique Application Reference ID is generated.
  • A confirmation is displayed on screen and the reference ID is shown to you immediately. You are advised to note this reference for all future communication.
  • Subsequent updates (admit card, examination schedule, result) are communicated through the contact details you provided during the application.

3. Delivery Timeline

Digital delivery of the application receipt is instantaneous. If your payment is debited but you do not see a confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact getconnect@advikk.com with your Razorpay payment reference so we can reconcile and either confirm your application or initiate a refund.

4. No Physical Shipment

Since the service is fully digital, there are no shipping charges, courier deliveries or physical dispatches associated with any transaction on the ADVIKK Platform.
