- Contact details: mobile number, email address, postal address, PIN code, state and district.
- Educational and professional qualifications.
- Uploaded documents: photograph, signature, identity proof, certificates.
- Payment metadata: Razorpay order/payment identifiers (we never see or store card numbers, UPI PINs or net-banking credentials).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and evaluate your application for the vacancy you applied to.
- To communicate with you regarding examinations, interviews and selection.
- To verify identity and prevent fraudulent or duplicate applications.
- To comply with applicable legal, regulatory and audit requirements.
3. Sharing of Information
We share your information only with: (a) the partner department/recruiter for the vacancy you applied to, (b) authorised payment processors (Razorpay) strictly to process your transaction, and (c) authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data Security
Your information is stored on secured servers with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS). Access to records is restricted to authorised administrators only.
5. Data Retention
Application records are retained for the duration of the recruitment cycle and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet audit and legal requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by writing to getconnect@advikk.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
The Platform uses only essential cookies required for session management and security. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
